The Front Line is now closed. I won't be deleting the site completely because if I ever get the urge to make a new site I can use this one. TFL had a good three year run. ^__^ Thanks guys! Due to inactivity by two of our staff members they were demodded. TFL can't afford to have any inactive staff members. If they become active again they can become mods/admins again. As for now we only have myself and Bernie. So I will be looking for a mod or two. I might post a form on a board soon. I'm not sure yet. I also took away the rule about limiting how many dogs one person can have in the clan for a bit. We don't really need it right now since things seem to be under control.

Well I did alittle something to the background for the site :) I also re did the wandering lands. I thought it would make more sense to not have the wandering areas have speical names because it isn't like there are humans here to name the places and I don't really think the dogs would care if they had names for the lake and such, you know? So I changed that and added some new ones. I'm still thinking of any other new ones I can add. If you have any ideas please PM me with them :)

August 8th, 2008: I have put up a new banner. I was playing around with my Paint Shop Pro program and I wanted to try something a bit different for the banner so I'm hoping you like it. :) I also changed the image on the main page by the boards. Instead of the paw prints I put a pic of a dog sitting on the beach as I thought it fit the theme of TFL. I kept certain spots with the paw print though because the dog image would stretch the page and it annoyed me :P lol

July 19th, 2008: I went through the character list and deleted all of the dog characters that belongs to members who no longer were apart of the site and I change the number of the dog population. We went down to 175 to 75, which in a way is good because it was showing how much inactive the site did get and it was giving me a clue so this is another step our fresh start :)

July 18th, 2008: This is the last update of the day, I swear xP Well I have gotten a new layout for the site and I have finished editing all of the clan boards. I hope everyone likes the way things look :)

July 18th, 2008: This is a new record, 3rd update of the day xD Well I added two new boards on the General CHit-Chat board, those boards include a staff crit board and a rant board.

July 18th, 2008: I edited around the OOC boards. I have moved the Absence, Dog Talk, Help, and Idea board into the General Chit-Chat board. This helps make the site look much more neater and not so cluttered with boards that really should fall under the General board, so I moved them. I'm on the hunt for a new skin for the site and yes I know I still have to finish editing the Staten Island clan board to be like the rest of them, I'll do that soon :) I'm hoping everyone is liking the changes for the site. If not, feel free to post your disapproval and what you think should be changed in the Your Ideas board, but don't go ranting on about how you hate the site, that isn't what the board is about. Thank you.

July 18th, 2008: I went through all of the clan land boards and wandering land board and moved all old posts into the Old Post board. I also went through our member list and deleted alot of member that haven't been on in months. I want to have a nice fresh start to The Front Line. I'm planning on also sitting down and editing the plot around a bit. I'll get to that soon I hope.

July 15, 2008: I have done some editing to the boards. I'm not finished yet but I am almost done. I'm hoping everyone is liking the new look of the board descriptions and I have gotten rid of the Dog of the Month contest. It wasn't really going anywhere lol. We didn't get much nominees so I got rid of that. Maybe I'll bring it back when we get more members.

7/10/08: Due to the fact of inactivity from alot of members and no matter what I tried this site never seemed to get back into life and activeness so I'll be closing it for now. I might make a new rp site or re-open this one a long time from now. -spot

5/12/08: I justed wanted to let everyone know that within the next few weeks/days if I suddenly disappear it is because of school. I'm having a really tough time with the loads of school work my teachers have been throwing at me. It's the end of the year so all of my teachers are trying to cram in all the work they can. Hopefully after Memorial Day things will settle down. I'm failing spanish, so another reason I disappear it might be because I'm grounded from failing. I hope I'll bring up my grade before the end of the year. Also I will not be here on Memorial Day weekend. I am leaving Friday the 23rd, going to Delaware and I won't be back probably until Tuesday depending on what time I get home Monday. I just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.

5/10/08: Check out the new table :] I have added some new graphics to the table and some new features to the table as well. I am hoping everyone likes the new look. I'm not completely done with fixing the site. I'm thinking of some new ideas for the site as well. Just not sure what yet, lol. If you have anything please PM me :] I am going to try and get some advertising done so we get some more members. Also for the banner and the little banners on the table if a white background comes up behind them then that is just your computer. They are supose to be transparent but I know that some computers (mostly the older ones) do not contain the PNG file which saves things as transparent so on that computer with that file any PNG file shows up with a white background or a black background. I just wanted to make sure I pointed that up so people didn't think it was messy looking or something.

Also yesturday April 4th was TFL's one year anniversary. This site has been opened for a year now :] We have had alot of changes to the site to get it to where it is today. 2/22/08: The plot is coming along great. There is two parts left [one very detailed part and then a part I could do in my sleep]. We are trying to get it open by the end [prefer to open tomorrow but that looks bleak] of this weekend. The plot will hopefully be finish by tonight [unlikely] but will be finish by tomorrow [for sure]. Then, I will work the the wander lands and Spot will start the clan lands. You guys will be shocked at the new plot changes. Not that it is the best plot in the world but the ideas [credit to Spot] are amazing. I am going to get back to work.

2/18/08: The plot is taking longer than I thought. The plot has many details that need to be arranged into the property order. I took the day off today since I have no more muse left and I have to finish my two research papers for school due soon. I will try to work on the plot more tonight and some tomorrow. It might be awhile for the plot to come out since on top of school work I have competition in soccer and I am at practice most of the week. I am sorry, but I am working as fast as I can. Good news is that the plot is half way done but I have to reedit it [for the fifth or sixth time] and make sure every detail is in there. Truly sorry for the time this is taking. I hope that everyone still can put up with me after this. ^^
